Lucy has been so friendly, orginised, thorough, flexible and reliable. She's completely trustworthy and always leaves a sparkly clean house behind her! Her products have helped on a number of occasions, especially with little ones, who absolutey love her too :o)

Wow !!! ICM have transformed my home. The whole house looks so sparkly and clean especially thee bathroom and kitchen. I feel like I've had a new bathroom installed today. Very impressed and can't wait for Lucy to return.
